Holiday lettings & accommodation in Italy

Beautiful home, extremely clean and well kept. Very spacious, we are a family of five including two teenagers and we had plently of room. Gorgeous views from the roof terrace for miles around. The locals were friendly and welcoming. The host Rosa was lovely and gave us some great tips on local attractions/places to visit. She was available for any questions and very prompt with communication. Would reccommend a visit to Roccamonfina which is a 10 minute drive away and has lovely restaurants and mini-markets.

Everything was fine. The location was very good, the host was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the internet, WiFi was unusable, so we had to use our own mobile internet

Great place, cheap, as advertised. But extra tourist tax not included in the price! Should include that in the description, we've been in other places and the tourist tax was included in the total which may mislead people when comparing prices with other accommodations/platforms

Lovely place a stones throw from the canal. Very clean, WiFi available, TV (although we didn’t use). Great location, not too far from anything, lots of places to eat within minutes. Very easy to get to from airport Alilaguna (great easy option to get to island from airport). Host was brilliant, great communication in the run up and on the day and amenable to early check in.

The home is located in the centre of Dolcedo, which is an historically beautiful, active small town. The apartment is airy and has interesting, charming architectural elements. The setting is quiet and comfortable. I have only one suggestion for the owners regarding the kitchen utensils, I think some of the older pots don't look usable and take up space.

This is an apartment with a lot of charm located in a quite laneway. It is spacious and comfortable. Luisa is a great host and very responsive to any questions/ guidance. I was in Rome to participate in the half-marathon and this was a great location.

Wonderful house, has everything you might need. We had some problem with the hot water on site (visiting the island off season), it was fixed by the local company managing the property in less then 24 hours. The property is also a bit hard to find as we did not get the Instructions sent by e-mail on time, after couple of phone calls everything was settled. There are lot's of lovely neighborhood cats visiting the yard, please be kind and give them some water, they also enjoy having leftover food!

The apartment was just as described if not better! From the responses we had from our text of our arrival, to being met in person and given detailed information about it we felt comfortable that we had made the right choice. It had everything we needed as a family on our first visit to Florence. The kitchen had lots of items to allow us to cook a meal and had bottled water, wine, tea sachets and condiments which were greatly appreciated. The lounge was spacious as was the double bedroom. Both bathrooms having showers was a bonus for us. The only thing that we’d suggest is for 2 sets of keys as with a young family member wanting to stay out later it was a hindrance. There were lots of small shops and restaurants nearby and the bar at the end of the street was handy to stop in at after a day of walking. It is about a 20 minute max walk to most of the main tourist attractions. Hopefully we’ll get the chance to visit again sometime.

We spent the month of September at this wonderful villa and it was perfect! The beyond incredible views of the lake, the wonderfully appointed house, the gorgeous interiors and setting all combined for an excellent stay. The villa’s very helpful website made exploring the area easy and fun and Luca was very responsive with answers to questions and assistance. Best of all, our stay was relaxing and beautiful and offered us a perfect experience on Lake Garda. We hope to be back to repeat our experience in the near future. As a side note, Chef Ada prepared 2 fabulous meals for us! Highly recommend!
